Privacy Policy

Publisher: AI-Blockchain, Inc., 33 South Woodside Avenue, Bergenfield, NJ 07621, USA

This Privacy Policy explains how AI-Blockchain, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the PICKLEBALLS™ mobile game for iOS and Android (the "Game") and on www.pickleballsgame.com (the "Site").

The Short Version

  • — No account is required to play, and we never ask for your real name, email, phone number, or address.
  • — We do not show ads, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • — We do not sell or share your personal information.
  • — The Game is free to download. Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we never see your card or payment details.
  • — Online features (leaderboards, multiplayer, and tournaments) use a random player ID and the nickname you choose.
  • — If the Game crashes, an anonymous crash report may be sent so we can fix the bug.

1. Information We Collect

Information stored on your device.

Your game progress, settings, unlocked items, and scores are stored locally on your device.

Online play information.

If you use leaderboards, PvP multiplayer, tournaments, or friend challenges, the Game uses:

  • a randomly generated player ID (not linked to your real identity);
  • the nickname you choose (please don't use your real name);
  • your scores, match results, rankings, and in-game rewards;
  • the general country or region used to group leaderboards (this is based on your device settings, not GPS).

Your nickname, scores, and rankings may be visible to other players.

Crash diagnostics.

If the Game crashes, it may send a crash report with technical information such as the error or stack trace, app version, device model, and operating system version. Crash reports don't include your name or contact details. They are not used for advertising or profiling, and they are encrypted in transit.

Purchase confirmations.

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google tells the Game the purchase succeeded so we can unlock the item. We do not receive your name, payment card, or billing details.

Information you send us.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to respond to you.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), or any sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above only to:

  • run the Game and save your progress;
  • operate leaderboards, multiplayer matches, tournaments, and rewards;
  • deliver and restore in-app purchases;
  • find and fix crashes and bugs;
  • prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse;
  • respond to your support requests; and
  • comply with the law.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles.

3. In-App Purchases

The Game is free to download. It may offer optional in-app purchases, such as cosmetic items or content unlocks. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your payment details. Parents can manage or disable purchases using the parental controls on their device.

4. Social Sharing and Third-Party Services

Sharing clips and connecting social accounts.

If you choose to share a clip or connect a social account (such as TikTok or Instagram), sharing happens through that platform's own app or sign-in, and its privacy policy governs what you share there. We don't post anything without your action, and we receive only what you authorise (for example, a confirmation that a share completed). You can disconnect at any time.

Service providers.

We use a small number of service providers to run the Game, such as game-engine crash reporting (for example, Unity Technologies) and cloud servers for leaderboards and multiplayer. They process data only on our behalf and under contract, and they may not use it for their own purposes.

Platform providers.

Apple and Google process data under their own privacy policies when you download the Game, make purchases, or use their platform services.

5. No Advertising, No Selling, No Tracking

The Game contains no ads and no advertising SDKs. We do not sell or "share" personal information, as those terms are defined by California law. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is rated for general audiences but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EU) without verifiable parental consent. For players who indicate they are under 13, online features that display a nickname are limited or turned off, and crash reporting is turned off.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us at the email below. We will delete it.

7. Data Retention

  • Data stored on your device stays there until you delete the Game or clear its data.
  • Online play data (your player ID, nickname, scores, and rankings) is kept while your profile is active. It is deleted within 12 months of inactivity, or sooner if you ask.
  • Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
  • Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and keep only what we need.

9. Your Privacy Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your player ID, or to stop processing it. To make a request, email us at the address below and include your in-game nickname or player ID (found in Settings). We will respond within the time the law requires, and we won't discriminate against you for using your rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA).

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. In the past 12 months, the categories we collected were identifiers (a random player ID and nickname), internet or device activity (gameplay and crash data), and approximate region. We collected them for the purposes in Section 2. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR/UK GDPR).

We process your information on these legal bases:

  • performance of a contract, to provide the Game and the purchases you made;
  • legitimate interests, for crash diagnostics, security, and anti-cheat; and
  • consent, where required (for example, connecting a social account), which you can withdraw at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Other U.S. states.

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas) have similar rights, including the right to appeal a decision about a request by replying to our response.

10. Website

The Site is informational. We don't require you to create an account on the Site, and we don't use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and operations.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will provide additional notice in the Game.
